About the Role

As a Part-Time Sales Associate, you’ll be at the forefront of creating positive shopping experiences and building lasting connections with customers. You’ll play a key role in representing the moodytiger brand, understanding customer needs, and fostering loyalty through personalized service and clientele efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a Positive Customer Experience: Welcome customers warmly, listen to their needs, and provide tailored product recommendations that support their active lifestyles.

  • Clientele Building: Cultivate strong customer relationships by maintaining regular contact and ensuring repeat visits. Use your interpersonal skills to create meaningful connections that build brand loyalty.

  • Product Knowledge: Become an expert in moodytiger’s product line, sharing insights about materials, features, and benefits to help customers make informed decisions.

  • Customer Service Excellence: Handle inquiries, resolve concerns promptly, and ensure every customer leaves with a smile and a positive impression of moodytiger.

  • Support Store Goals: Assist the team in achieving sales targets by fostering a customer-first environment and contributing to a seamless in-store experience.

Requirements

  • A passion for providing outstanding customer service and building genuine connections.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to different customer needs.
  • A team-oriented mindset with the drive to contribute to store goals.
  • Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or other customer-facing roles is a plus.
  • Availability to work part-time hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
