- US customers receive complimentary returns and exchanges. Free return shipping applies only to:
- Exchanges for different products
- Store Credit requests
Refund requests require customers to cover return shipping. Once approved, prepaid labels ship for exchanges and store credit.
- International customers bear return shipping costs for all return types.
- Items must arrive unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with original tags and packaging intact.
- No visible signs of wear or use are acceptable.
- Due to hygiene reasons, strictly no returns or exchanges for all panties and boxers, or any altered merchandise.

How to return
- Submit a return request with your order number and item details.
