As we launch in the US market, we are looking for a dynamic Store Manager to lead our first location and build a vibrant community around the moodytiger brand.

About the Role
As the Assistant Store Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the Store Manager to deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive sales, and create a high-performing team. You will lead by example, assist in achieving store goals, and ensure operational excellence while building meaningful customer relationships that drive loyalty and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • KPI and Metric Management: Monitor and analyze store performance metrics, including sales, conversion rates, average transaction value, and customer retention. Support the team in achieving and exceeding targets through data-driven decision-making.
  • Customer Interaction and Clienteling: Deliver exceptional service by engaging with customers and understanding their needs. Foster long-term relationships through personalized clienteling strategies that enhance customer loyalty.
  • Coaching and Team Development: Partner with the Store Manager to train, coach, and motivate team members. Provide feedback to elevate team performance and ensure alignment with moodytiger’s standards and values.
  • Driving Sales: Actively participate in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals. Lead by example on the sales floor, inspiring the team to create a customer-focused environment that drives results.
  • Operations Excellence: Assist in overseeing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, scheduling, inventory management, and visual merchandising. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Problem-Solving and Customer Resolution: Handle escalated customer inquiries and concerns professionally and efficiently, ensuring satisfaction and a positive store experience.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Assistant Store Manager, Key Holder, or equivalent role in a retail environment, preferably in activewear, apparel, or lifestyle brands.
  • Strong understanding of retail KPIs and metrics, with the ability to analyze and act on data to improve performance.
  • Exceptional customer service and clienteling skills, with a passion for building relationships and enhancing the customer experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and inspire a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and adaptable approach.
  • Strong organizational and operational skills, including experience with scheduling, inventory control, and visual merchandising.
  • Enthusiastic and entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow alongside a dynamic and innovative brand.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
