Return Policy
1. Orders are valid for exchange or refund within 30 days from the date you've received all your item(s).
2.For customers in the United States, we offer free returns and exchanges. Please note that free return shipping is only available for the following options:
  • Exchanges: If you wish to exchange the item for a different product.
  • Store Credit: If you prefer to receive store credit instead of a refund.
If you choose to return an item for a refund, return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility. Once your return request is approved, we will send a prepaid return label for exchanges and store credit requests.
3.For customers outside of the United States, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for all return types, including exchanges, store credit, and refunds.
4. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, come with all original tags and their original packaging.
5. Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
6. Due to hygiene reasons, strictly no returns or exchanges for all panties and boxes or any altered merchandise.

How to Return
Step 1:
Submit your return request with your order number and the item you need to return or exchange.
Step 2:
Follow the return instruction to mail the products to our return facility. Please write down your order number on a small piece of paper and put it in the package.
Step 3:
Please send the returned product to our return address and provide us with the tracking number.
Step 4:
Refund will be paid within 2 business days once we receive the parcel.

Important note:

1. In the following cases, you'll be responsible for the shipping fee that occurred.
  • You don't want the item you bought；
  • You choose the wrong item (wrong size or style).
2.  Clearance items discounted by 50% or more cannot be returned or exchanged.
