Return policy

  1. Orders qualify for exchange or refund within 30 days from the date you've received all your item(s).
  2. US customers receive complimentary returns and exchanges. Free return shipping applies only to:
    • Exchanges for different products
    • Store Credit requests
    Refund requests require customers to cover return shipping. Once approved, prepaid labels ship for exchanges and store credit.
  3. International customers bear return shipping costs for all return types.
  4. Items must arrive unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with original tags and packaging intact.
  5. No visible signs of wear or use are acceptable.
  6. Due to hygiene reasons, strictly no returns or exchanges for all panties and boxers, or any altered merchandise.

How to return

Submit a return request with your order number and item details.

Follow the instructions to mail your products; include your order number inside the package.

Ship to the return facility and provide your tracking number.

Refund will be paid within 2 business days once we receive the parcel.

Customers pay shipping when:

  • Returning unwanted items
  • Selecting the wrong size or style

Clearance exclusion: items discounted 50% or more cannot be returned or exchanged.
