At moodytiger, we are committed to providing our customers with great quality products. Our products are sold online only at limited quantities and availabilities. Gift Card Terms and Conditions

1. Once the gift card is purchased, it is considered activated. An activated gift card is non-refundable.
2. An activated gift card can be used either on moodytiger.com or in any moodytiger Hong Kong retail store.
3. An activated gift card can be used across multiple orders online. The balance will be automatically calculated after each order.
4. If you wish to use an activated gift card in a moodytiger Hong Kong retail store, it must be used for one purchase only.
5. moodytiger reserves the right to adjust the terms and conditions of gift card use at any time without prior notice.
6. Any disputes related to gift card use should be directed to our customer service team. moodytiger reserves the right to investigate and make final determinations regarding such disputes or concerns, including but not limited to determining the validity of any claim and the appropriate remedy. All determinations made by moodytiger in connection with such disputes or concerns shall be final and binding.

Campaign Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to all campaigns.

All campaign end times are decided by moodytiger, and we reserve the right to amend or cancel any campaign at any time without prior notice. Any ad or blog post a customer sees online cannot be used to argue and request a price match, or to request that we offer the discount again. We have the right to cancel or not offer any ended promotion. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse to honor any promotional offer that has ended, or to modify the terms and conditions of any such offer, at our sole discretion. We are not liable to you or any third party for any such cancellation, refusal, or modification. All determinations made by moodytiger in connection with such disputes or concerns shall be final and binding.

Termination

Notwithstanding any of these Terms of Use, we reserve the right, without notice or attendant liability, and in our sole discretion, to terminate your license to use this Site, and to block or prevent future access to and use of this Site for any reason or no reason. Upon termination, these Terms of Use will still apply.
