Customer can choose to pick up the parcel at S.F. Stores / S.F. Express Service Centers / EF Lockers which located all over HK.

Exchange and returns
We accept exchange or refund for unworn, unwashed items. The policy applies to regular priced items only and is valid within 7 days after purchase.
Simply contact us at hello@moodytiger.com, and we will assist you through the process.
You can either visit our pop up store with the product or send the original purchased products to us by post. Once we have received your parcel, we will contact you to confirm and send you the alternatives in 5 days.
Customers are responsible for any shipping and/or handling costs when items are returned or exchanged, unless it is due to products’ manufacturing faults.
Non-returnable items include those purchased on sale, discount code orders and all accessories.
