Return Policy

1. Orders are valid for exchange or refund within 30 days from the date you've received all your item(s).

2. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, come with all original tags and their original packaging.

3. Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

How to Return

Step 1:

Contact order@moodytiger.com with your order number and the item you need to return or exchange, we will respond within 2 business days.

Step 2:

Please prepare your package and write down your order number on a small piece of paper and put it in the package.

Step 3:

Please send the returned product to our return address and provide us with the tracking number.

Step 4:

Refund will be paid within 2 business days once we receive the parcel.

Please note:

1. In the following cases, you'll be responsible for the shipping fee occurred.

You don't want the item you bought；
You choose the wrong item (wrong size or style).

2. Discounted items (final sale items) are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
