As we expand into the US market, we are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Supervisor to help lead our team and deliver exceptional customer experiences in our first US store.

About the Role

As a Full-Time Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in driving store performance and ensuring operational excellence. You will partner closely with store leadership to motivate the team, meet key sales and service goals, and maintain the visual and operational standards that embody the moodytiger brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • KPI and Metric Management: Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly store performance metrics, including sales, conversion rates, and customer engagement. Support the team in achieving and exceeding goals through coaching and hands-on leadership.
  • Customer Interaction and Clienteling: Lead by example in providing personalized and exceptional customer service. Build meaningful relationships through clienteling strategies, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
  • Team Coaching and Development: Act as a mentor to team members, providing real-time coaching and feedback to improve individual and collective performance. Support onboarding and training initiatives to build a knowledgeable and capable team.
  • Driving Sales: Actively participate in achieving sales goals by creating an engaging and customer-focused environment. Motivate team members to maximize opportunities and deliver results.
  • Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store meets and exceeds visual merchandising standards by maintaining a clean, organized, and brand-aligned presentation. Partner with leadership to execute seasonal updates and in-store displays.
  • Operational Support: Assist in managing daily store operations, including inventory control, cash handling, and opening/closing procedures. Ensure adherence to company policies and operational standards.
  • Problem-Solving and Leadership: Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner, ensuring satisfaction while maintaining brand integrity.
  • Requirements

 

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail leadership role, such as Key Holder or Supervisor, preferably in activewear, apparel, or lifestyle brands.
  • Proven track record of understanding and leveraging KPIs to drive performance and achieve sales goals.
  • Strong customer service and clienteling skills, with a passion for building lasting relationships.
  • Ability to coach and inspire team members, fostering a positive and results-driven environment.
  • Knowledge of visual merchandising standards and the ability to execute brand-aligned presentations.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with a flexible and adaptable mindset.
  • Availability to work full-time, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
