As we launch in the US market, we are looking for a dynamic Store Manager to lead our first location and build a vibrant community around the moodytiger brand.
About the Role
As a Part-Time Key Holder, you will serve as a leader on the floor, helping drive sales, engage with customers, and maintain operational standards. You’ll support the store leadership team with daily operations and contribute to achieving store goals by creating a customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- KPI and Metric Knowledge: Monitor store performance metrics such as sales, conversion rates, and average transaction value. Assist the team in understanding and achieving these key performance indicators.
- Customer Interaction: Provide an exceptional in-store experience by welcoming customers, identifying their needs, and delivering tailored product recommendations. Build rapport and foster loyalty with every interaction.
- Driving Sales: Actively participate in achieving sales goals by engaging customers and encouraging product exploration. Share product knowledge and highlight promotions to drive results.
- Opening and Closing Duties: Support the leadership team with opening and closing the store, including preparing daily reports, reconciling cash, and ensuring the store is ready for the next business day.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, restock inventory as needed, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a sales or key holder role.
- Familiarity with KPIs and the ability to use metrics to drive sales and performance.
- Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service and foster customer loyalty.
- Experience with opening and closing store procedures, including cash handling and security processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
- Availability to work part-time hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
